
Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has appointed Peeyush Bhushan as Director of Food & Beverage Service and Kushal Kumar Bachani as Director of Wellness as the luxury hotel strengthens leadership across its guest experience operations.
The appointments come as hospitality operators continue to sharpen focus on food and beverage formats, wellness-led services, and operational efficiency to drive guest engagement and premium positioning.
Peeyush Bhushan brings more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, having worked across international hospitality brands. He holds a certification in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a graduate of M.S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management.
At Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, he will oversee food and beverage service operations, with responsibilities spanning service delivery, operational performance, guest experience, and team management. The hotel said Bhushan is known for managing complex hospitality operations while focusing on service consistency, revenue growth, and operational discipline.
Kushal Kumar Bachani joins the property with more than 16 years of experience in the spa and wellness segment. His professional background includes roles across hospitality brands such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Sheraton Grand Resort & Spa, and Lodhi Hotels.
Before joining Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, he served as Director of Spa at The Westin Hyderabad, where he managed wellness operations and spa programming. He also worked as a Wellness Consultant at Arogya Kendra Nature Cure Centre.
Bachani holds a degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and a postgraduate diploma from Symbiosis International University. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s wellness operations and focus on expanding guest-focused wellness programmes and service offerings.
The appointments reflect the increasing importance of specialised leadership roles in premium hospitality, particularly as luxury hotels continue to invest in food and beverage experiences and wellness-led guest services to strengthen customer retention and revenue streams.
