Restaurant India News: Charcoal Concepts Appoints Rohan Sable as Chief Executive Officer

Charcoal Concepts, the multi-brand restaurant platform under K Hospitality Corp, has appointed Rohan Sable as its Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Sable will oversee the company’s strategy, growth, and operations across a portfolio of more than 45 restaurants in India and international markets including London, Colombo, Kuwait City, and Dubai. He will also lead the expansion and brand development of restaurant chains including Copper Chimney, Bombay Brasserie, Bombay Borough, and Wagamama India, while driving the launch of new concepts within the group.

Sable brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has previously held senior leadership positions at PVR INOX Ltd and Accor. His background spans restaurant operations, premium dining, business expansion, and brand development across Indian and international hospitality formats.

Under his leadership, Charcoal Concepts aims to significantly expand its footprint over the next eight years, targeting growth from its current network of outlets in India and overseas markets to more than 272 outlets globally by 2033. The company said the focus will remain on scaling operations, strengthening brand identity, and enhancing guest experiences across formats.

The appointment reflects Charcoal Concepts continued focus on growth, innovation, and strengthening its position in India’s evolving food and beverage sector.
