Restaurant India News: Mirah Hospitality Strengthens Leadership Team with New COO Appointment

Mirah Hospitality has appointed industry veteran Amit Jambotkar as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective December 2025. The appointment marks his return to the organisation, where he earlier served as Vice President – Operations. Jambotkar brings more than 28 years of experience in hospitality and foodservice management.

Jambotkar confirmed the development and expressed his enthusiasm about taking on a leadership role within the growing F&B group. Before rejoining the company, he served as Director in an independent capacity from 2017 to 2025. His earlier career includes a significant tenure as Director of Food and Beverage at Ramee Group of Hotels, Resorts & Apartments, along with his role as Director – Operations West at JSM Corporation, where he handled brands such as Asilo, Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro and California Pizza Kitchen.

Across nearly three decades, he has held senior roles at organisations including Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, Reliance MediaWorks, Hyatt Regency and Jumeirah Group. His exposure to global service standards and current dining formats aligns with Mirah Hospitality’s diversified operations.

Mirah Hospitality remains active in India’s organised F&B market, managing vegetarian restaurant concepts, sports bars, resorts, food courts and café models. The company continues to expand across markets with formats that reflect shifting consumer behaviour.

With Jambotkar stepping into the COO role, the company is expected to prioritise operational efficiency, brand development and customer experience improvements across its multi-format business.
