Mamagoto, operated by Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., has resumed operations in Indiranagar after a two-year gap. The reopening marks the brand’s re-entry into a key urban market with updates across menu, design, and overall dining experience.

The outlet, located in Indiranagar, has been repositioned to align with current consumer preferences in Bengaluru’s dining sector. While retaining its established “Fun Asian” identity, the space has been modified to offer a more structured and immersive environment, indicating a shift towards experience-led casual dining formats.

Founded under the leadership of Rahul Khanna and Kabir Suri, Azure Hospitality continues to focus on scaling its brands across high-demand markets. The reopening of Mamagoto in Bengaluru reflects both sustained brand recall and a calibrated expansion strategy across metros and emerging locations.

The updated menu introduces over 40 additions, expanding the brand’s pan-Asian positioning. New dishes include Sichuan pepper-based chicken preparations, seafood options such as charcoal prawns, and Japanese-inspired formats like salmon nigiri. The offering also includes comfort-led dishes and signature mains, indicating a balanced menu strategy across premium and high-volume categories. Dessert options continue to be positioned as indulgent add-ons, contributing to higher average spend per customer.

The beverage program has also been revised to align with the updated food menu, supporting cross-category consumption and enhancing overall ticket size. Industry observers note that such menu re-engineering is increasingly being used by brands to stay competitive in high-density dining clusters.
