JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has appointed Bindiya Yadav as Director of Rooms, bringing over 23 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations. In this role, Yadav will manage the rooms division, including housekeeping, front office, and guest services. Her responsibilities will focus on maintaining operational consistency and improving guest service standards across departments.

Yadav has worked across multiple hospitality brands in India. She most recently served as Executive Housekeeper at Fairmont Palace, Udaipur, where she handled large-scale operations and worked on improving service efficiency. Her background includes managing teams, refining operational processes, and maintaining guest satisfaction metrics.
