Restaurant India News: ITC Hotels Signs 140-Key Welcomhotel Jaipur in Rajasthan

ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for a 140-key Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in Jaipur, further expanding its footprint in Rajasthan and strengthening the presence of its Welcomhotel brand in key state capitals and high-demand hospitality markets.

The new property will add to ITC Hotels’ growing portfolio in Rajasthan, a market that continues to witness strong demand from leisure travellers, wedding groups, and the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) segment.

The upcoming hotel is planned to offer a hospitality experience aligned with the needs of both business and leisure travellers while reflecting the character of Jaipur, one of India’s leading tourism and event destinations.

The property will feature guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lounge bar. It will also include more than 15,000 square feet of indoor banqueting and event facilities along with 22,000 square feet of outdoor event space, positioning it to cater to destination weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events. Additional facilities will include a spa and wellness centre.

The signing forms part of ITC Hotels’ broader expansion strategy focused on strengthening its presence in state capitals and high-growth hospitality destinations. The announcement follows recent Welcomhotel signings in Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, and Hyderabad.
