
INKA by Bastian has introduced a new luxury lunch experience at its Lower Parel outlet, expanding its offerings to cater to Mumbai's growing daytime dining segment. Located in one of the city's key business districts, the restaurant is targeting a mix of executive meetings, business lunches, and social dining occasions through a curated afternoon menu and beverage programme.
The new lunch format combines INKA's Peruvian-Asian cuisine with a selection of popular dishes from the Bastian portfolio, reflecting the increasing demand for premium dining experiences during daytime hours.
The menu includes dishes such as Hamachi Ceviche, Lobster Thermidor, Salmon Jalapeño, and Tiger Maki, alongside main course offerings including Peruvian Seabass, Lamb Adobo, and Udon Saltado. The restaurant has also introduced a dedicated cocktail programme featuring Peruvian-Asian-inspired beverages such as Nikkei Umami, Cantarito, Chala Fresca, and Andesspresso. Additional daytime-focused beverages include Suika Punch, Peruvian Picante, and Berry Delight.
Desserts and selected offerings from Bastian Bakery have also been incorporated into the lunch experience as part of the expanded menu strategy. With its Lower Parel location and focus on business and leisure diners, INKA by Bastian aims to strengthen its position in Mumbai's premium dining market by offering a structured lunch experience built around curated food, beverages, and hospitality-led service.
