Espoir Culinary and Kitchen Private Limited has launched Bagaan, a new fine-dining restaurant in Gurugram that focuses on North West Frontier cuisine while targeting the city's premium dining segment.

Positioned as an ultra-premium dining destination, the restaurant has been developed around three operational principles—authentic cooking techniques, flavour-focused cuisine, and a hospitality-led guest experience. The 75-seater outlet has been designed to combine traditional culinary influences with contemporary restaurant formats, reflecting growing consumer demand for experiential dining.

Bagaan's menu draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of the frontier regions, where cooking methods such as open-fire grilling and clay tandoor preparation play a central role. The offering includes charcoal-grilled kebabs, dum-cooked biryanis, tandoor-roasted meats and vegetables, slow-cooked dals finished with smoked ghee, frontier-style gravies, and breads prepared in traditional clay ovens.

A notable operational feature of the restaurant is its open-access kitchen policy, allowing guests to view the professionally managed kitchen environment. The move aligns with increasing consumer interest in transparency, hygiene standards, and food preparation practices.

The restaurant's interior design takes cues from frontier forts and royal durbars, incorporating earthy materials, warm lighting, and large-format dining spaces. According to the company, the objective is to create a hospitality environment that emphasizes service standards, guest comfort, and extended dining experiences.

The company stated that the brand has been developed with long-term scalability in mind and is intended to build sustained brand value rather than operate as a short-term concept.
