Restaurant India News: Hydrama Opens in Noida with All-Day Sports Bar and Dining Concept

Hydrama, located in Sector 50, has opened with a format that moves beyond the conventional late-night sports bar model, positioning itself as an all-day destination combining dining, entertainment, and live experiences.

Conceptualised by Priykant Gautam, the venue has been designed to operate across multiple dayparts, transitioning from daytime dining to evening sports screenings and late-night programming. The format integrates live acts, adaptive lighting, and changing sound environments, reflecting a broader industry shift towards experience-driven venues that extend customer engagement beyond peak hours.

The space incorporates industrial elements, neon lighting, graffiti installations, and LED scoreboards, drawing cues from stadium environments while maintaining flexible seating layouts. This allows the venue to adjust capacity and ambience based on time of day and demand patterns, a model increasingly seen in urban hospitality formats aiming to maximise revenue per square foot.

The beverage program focuses on experiential mixology, with cocktails prepared using techniques such as smoking, flaming, and infusion, while the food menu includes bar staples, global small plates, pizzas, and shareable formats. This aligns with current consumption trends favouring social dining and extended dwell time.

Priykant Gautam, Founder, Hydrama, says, “I wanted Hydrama to feel alive, a space that builds energy through the day and peaks at night. It’s not about watching the game or the DJ; it’s about being part of the atmosphere that unfolds around you.”

Industry observers note that hybrid formats like Hydrama reflect a growing demand among younger consumers for venues that combine multiple experiences under one roof. By integrating sport, music, and dining into a single offering, such concepts aim to increase repeat visits and diversify revenue streams in competitive metro-adjacent markets.
