
Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the appointment of two senior hospitality professionals, Isha Ahuja as Cluster Director of Celebrations and Anu Bharara as Director of Sales. The appointments form part of the hotel’s broader strategy to strengthen its commercial leadership and enhance its positioning within India’s luxury hospitality segment.
With these leadership additions, the hotel is sharpening its focus on destination-led celebrations and strategic business partnerships, reinforcing its presence in the Delhi NCR luxury market. The expanded leadership structure is expected to support long-term business growth while aligning guest experiences with Hyatt’s global operating standards.
Isha Ahuja brings more than two decades of experience across events sales, weddings, and large-scale celebrations. She rejoins the Hyatt portfolio as Cluster Director of Celebrations, overseeing Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, and Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa. Ahuja began her career at Hyatt Regency Delhi and has since held senior roles with established luxury hospitality brands including The Lalit New Delhi and The Leela Palace Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director of Sales – Special Events & Celebrations at The Leela Palace Hotels & Resorts, where she contributed to the expansion of destination weddings and celebration-led business across India.
Anu Bharara has taken on the role of Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, bringing 25 years of experience in national sales strategy, key account management, and partnership development. She joins from Marriott International’s National Sales Office, where she most recently worked as Account Director, National Sales – India, managing corporate sales across multiple hotel brands. Her earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, with a focus on luxury hospitality and premium brand positioning.
