Restaurant India News: Geist Brewing Co Launches 2026 Menu Across Its Bengaluru Outlets

Geist Brewing Co has introduced its refreshed 2026 à la carte menu across its three Bengaluru outlets, marking the next phase in the brand’s ongoing focus on strengthening its food and beverage offering alongside its established craft beer portfolio. The updated menu is now available at its Rajajinagar, Old Madras Road, and Hennur locations.

The revised menu continues to centre on food designed to complement Geist’s craft beers, including Geist Uncle Dunkel, which won Gold at the European Beer Star Awards 2025, and Geist Rauch-a-Fella, a Silver winner in 2024. Alongside these pairings, the brand has introduced Thoroughbread, an in-house bread programme focused on naturally fermented sourdoughs and internationally inspired loaves. The breads are currently available through pre-orders placed 24 hours in advance, with plans for wider availability in the coming months.

The 2026 update brings a range of new dishes influenced by street food and comfort cuisines from regions including Mexico, Spain, France, Japan, Germany, and Southeast Asia. A continuing element of Geist Brewing Co’s annual menu cycle is its Throwback Menu, which is developed using guest feedback and sales data. Popular and consistently high-performing dishes from previous menus are reintroduced each year to retain familiarity while allowing room for innovation.

Altaf Patel, Corporate Chef at Geist Brewing Co, said, “Every time we work on a menu, it is about finding the right balance between bringing in new dishes and holding on to what our guests already love. That is why we bring back our best-performing dishes each year through the Throwback Menu and preserve our guests' favourites. We also spend a lot of time re-engineering the menu and looking at what works best with our signature craft beers. This year, we really enjoyed exploring bold, street-style flavours like Albondigas, global favourites like the Mushroom Parfait and constantly exploring ways to incorporate our craft beers where possible, like the Beer Soy Pork Ribs simmered with our very own award-winning Geist Uncle Dunkel.”

Key additions to the menu include Mexican-style Corn Ribs, Mushroom Parfait served with in-house sourdough, Spanish Lamb Albondigas, soy pork ribs braised using Geist Uncle Dunkel, and Bangers & Mash inspired by European pub fare. These dishes reflect the brand’s effort to balance global influences with formats suited to casual dining and beer-led occasions.

The beverage programme has also been updated, led by Manoranjan Barik, Bar Manager at Geist Brewing Co. The revised cocktail list focuses on technique-driven preparations and layered flavour profiles, with offerings such as Zen Highball, Spicy Melon Spritz, Midnight Eclipse, GBC Picante made with Geist Witty Wit, and Citrus Noir. The cocktail menu is designed to align closely with the food and beer programme, reinforcing Geist’s integrated approach to menu development.

With the rollout of its 2026 menu, Geist Brewing Co continues to refine its positioning within Bengaluru’s competitive craft beer and casual dining market, using menu engineering, data-backed decisions, and in-house production capabilities to drive consistency across locations.
