Experiential hospitality brand Whiteflower is set to complete one year of operations in 2026, marking a key milestone in its expansion across Uttarakhand. Building on its first year of operations, the company has announced the launch of Bulaakh Whiteflower resort in Mussoorie, further extending its portfolio of destination-led hospitality assets in the region.
Since inception, Whiteflower has focused on developing hospitality properties that integrate design, operations, and destination context. Over the past 12 months, the brand has established three operational resorts across Uttarakhand, catering to leisure travellers, destination stays, weddings, and private events. These properties have been positioned around uninterrupted views, controlled environments, and layouts designed to support longer stays and repeat visitation.
The launch of Bulaakh Whiteflower adds to this operational base and reinforces the brand’s positioning within the experiential and wellness hospitality segment. The property has been designed with a focus on wellness-oriented stays, offering dedicated areas for yoga, meditation, and guided retreats. Additional facilities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a gym, a spa with therapy rooms, jacuzzis, and steam and sauna facilities. Guest rooms are centrally air-conditioned, climate-controlled, and heated to support year-round operations.
The Mussoorie property also includes a 360° Glass House with panoramic views, along with multiple indoor and outdoor venues intended for destination weddings, social events, and private gatherings. Supporting infrastructure includes landscaped lawns, a multi-cuisine restaurant with an emphasis on regional flavours, 24-hour room service, and on-site parking, aimed at maintaining operational efficiency for large-format events and extended stays.
With this opening, Whiteflower continues to expand its footprint across Uttarakhand in line with its stated roadmap, which includes planned growth across Dehradun, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Nainital by end of 2026. As the portfolio grows, the company has indicated its intent to maintain consistent service and design standards while allowing individual properties to reflect their local context.
Managing Director Sanjeev Baisoya said, “Completing one year of operations is a meaningful validation of our vision and execution. With three operational properties and the launch of Bulaakh Whiteflower, our focus remains on disciplined expansion, operational excellence, and building a scalable hospitality platform rooted in Uttarakhand. Wellness-led hospitality is a core pillar of our brand, and we aim to create spaces that foster rest, reflection, and meaningful human connection.”
Whiteflower plans to identify additional locations across Uttarakhand as part of its regional expansion strategy. The brand’s growth approach remains focused on asset selection, integrated design and service frameworks, and experience-led hospitality, positioning it as a developing player within India’s wellness and experiential hotel segment.
