Coffee Sutra, a specialty coffee brand based in Jaipur and founded by restaurateur Dushyant Singh, has entered the Delhi market through a partnership with NOD in Punjabi Bagh. As part of this arrangement, the brand has been designated as the restaurant’s official beverage partner and will oversee the entire beverage program.
This collaboration brings together two hospitality players focusing on integrating food and beverage offerings as a combined dining experience. Under the agreement, Coffee Sutra is responsible for curating and operating the beverage menu at NOD, extending beyond coffee to include shakes, smoothies, and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.
The beverage offering includes freshly brewed specialty coffee made using ethically sourced, single-origin beans, along with a range of complementary drinks. The menu has been designed to align with NOD’s globally influenced cuisine, with an emphasis on pairing beverages with food rather than treating them as separate elements.
Dushyant Singh, Founder, Coffee Sutra, said, “Delhi has always been a city with an incredible appetite for quality and experience. For us, this collaboration with NOD is the perfect first step into this city. Coffee Sutra was built on the belief that every cup should mean something, and that is exactly the experience we are bringing to NOD’s guests. From the sourcing of our beans to the final pour by our trained baristas, every detail is crafted with care and purpose. We are excited to share what Coffee Sutra stands for with Delhi’s discerning diners.”
In addition to menu development, Coffee Sutra is managing the full beverage operations at the restaurant. This includes deploying trained baristas to maintain consistency in output and assigning a technical team to handle equipment upkeep and operational continuity.
The brand’s expansion into Delhi is supported by over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. Coffee Sutra sources beans directly from farmers in India and international markets and operates its own roastery and Coffee Lab in Jaipur. The facility also hosts workshops, training sessions, and brewing-related programs.
Currently, Coffee Sutra runs five cafés in Jaipur and has partnerships with more than 40 cafés across India. Its network includes associations with hospitality brands such as Fairmont, Novotel, and Jamie Oliver Kitchen.
The collaboration with NOD marks the brand’s entry into a new market and reflects a broader trend within the hospitality industry, where operators are outsourcing or partnering for specialised beverage programs. With increasing consumer focus on curated dining experiences, such partnerships are being used to enhance operational efficiency and diversify menu offerings in competitive urban markets like Delhi.
