Everhome Café, located in a restored 130-year-old bungalow in Ranwar Village, Bandra West. The property, which has previously served as a filming location for multiple Bollywood projects, has been repurposed into a dining space positioned around extended dwell time and all-day consumption.
The café operates out of a heritage structure that has been restored with minimal structural changes, retaining original architectural elements such as wooden frames, arched doorways, cast iron railings, and aged fixtures. A key modification includes the addition of a glass skylight, opening up a 30-foot ceiling and introducing natural light into the central dining area.
The indoor seating capacity stands at 90 covers, distributed across multiple interconnected rooms. These include a central community space, a garden room, and a larger gathering area, along with an outdoor terrace that accommodates 10 seats overlooking Ranwar Village Road. The layout is designed to create multiple seating zones within a single property, allowing flexibility in guest movement and usage.
Atil Pavesha, Co-Founder, Everhome Café, said, “We wanted people to feel a drastic cut from city life the moment they walk in. Mumbai moves fast. Everhome is built to of er a pause. Somewhere warm, familiar, and personal within the city. The more you walk through the house, the more you discover. We designed it that way on purpose.”
The food and beverage program is structured around all-day dining, with a focus on repeat consumption. House Rustic Bread forms a central element of the menu, paired across multiple offerings. The breakfast segment includes egg-based dishes such as Turkish eggs, scrambles, and omelettes, along with items like quinoa poha, paratha pockets, French toast, pancakes, overnight oats, and parfaits.
The broader menu includes open toasts, sandwiches, small plates, salads, and larger mains. Offerings range from guacamole and hummus with bread to quinoa-based salads and main courses such as soba noodle bowls, slow-cooked keema variants, vindaloo, grilled chicken, and fish with rice. The dessert selection includes baked items such as croissants, a gluten-free Blueberry Almond Cake, Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake, and soft serve.
The beverage program includes specialty coffee options infused with ingredients such as cinnamon, vanilla, and hazelnut, alongside cold brews, smoothies, juices, kombucha, and matcha-based drinks.
Dipti Gohel, Co-Founder, Everhome Café, said, “Good food is food you don't have to think about, you just know you want it again. That idea shaped the menu from the ground up. It follows a way of eating that feels natural. Something that feels familiar, complete, and easy to return to. More than anything, we wanted the food to sit gently within the space - unhurried, grounded, and something you can truly settle into.”
The launch reflects a continued interest in adaptive reuse of heritage properties for F&B formats, particularly in urban markets like Mumbai. By combining heritage architecture with a structured all-day dining model, operators are targeting consumers seeking longer in-café experiences, while also optimizing space utilization across different dayparts.
