Restaurant India News: Café Swasthya Opens Its Second Outlet in Kailash Colony, New Delhi

Café Swasthya, a wellness-focused café inspired by Ayurvedic principles and conscious living, has opened its second outlet in South Delhi. The new location was launched Kailash Colony, marks the brand’s next phase of growth following a year of steady customer engagement and expansion.

Spanning approximately 1,400 sq. ft. and accommodating 43 guests, the Kailash Colony café carries forward Café Swasthya’s signature design language rooted in India’s architectural traditions and guided by sustainability. The interiors feature a handcrafted bamboo ceiling inspired by traditional thatched roofs, selected for its renewability, strength, and natural temperature-regulating qualities.  A standout feature of the café is its signature mud wall, influenced by traditional sand plaster techniques. Serving as both a visual focal point and a storytelling element, the wall displays Café Swasthya and Butterfly Ayurveda’s curated range of teas, cookies, and wellness products. 

Alongside the new outlet, Café Swasthya has significantly evolved its food and beverage offerings over the past year. Building on consistent positive feedback for quality and service, the brand has refreshed its menu to reflect changing consumer preferences while remaining true to its wellness-led philosophy. The updated selection includes refreshing coolers and shakes, hearty Indian classics such as a traditional Thali, and a range of Indian desserts.

Responding to customer demand, the café has introduced multigrain pancakes, expanding its breakfast and all-day dining options. The menu also features gluten-free offerings such as an amaranth salad, reinforcing Café Swasthya’s focus on inclusivity, nourishment, and mindful eating.

Operationally, Café Swasthya has strengthened its capabilities by upgrading its bulk packaging for cakes, muffins, and cookies, enabling the safe delivery of freshly baked products across multiple parts of India within 24 hours. With its second outlet now operational, Café Swasthya continues to create spaces that seamlessly blend mindful food, traditional wisdom, and sustainable design.
