Restaurant India News: Blue Water Grille Expands in Delhi with New Malviya Nagar Outlet

Blue Water Grille has expanded its footprint in Delhi with the opening of a new outlet in Malviya Nagar, as the brand continues to strengthen its position in the city’s organised casual dining segment.

The latest launch marks another growth milestone for the restaurant brand, which started operations in 2007 as a dine-in and takeaway outlet in Punjabi Bagh under founder Harmohan Singh. Over the years, the company has expanded steadily, building a customer base through consistent menu offerings and value-focused dining. Along with its new Malviya Nagar location, the brand currently operates outlets in Punjabi Bagh and Rajinder Nagar.

Blue Water Grille has positioned itself as a hybrid model that combines cloud kitchen efficiency with quick casual dine-in operations. The restaurant continues to focus on comfort-driven dining with a menu designed to cater to a broad customer base across dine-in and delivery formats.

The brand is particularly known for its butter chicken and seafood-focused offerings. Popular menu items include butter chicken, lemon fish, fish tikka, tandoori pomfret, butter garlic prawns, dal makhani, and garlic kebabs. The company maintains a consistent menu across dine-in and delivery channels as part of its operational strategy.

“Our vision with Blue Water Grille has always been simple - to serve food that people genuinely crave and come back for. We wanted to create a space that combines comforting flavours, quality ingredients, and a warm dining experience that feels both elevated and familiar,” said the founder.

The expansion reflects the broader trend of regional restaurant brands scaling through neighbourhood-focused outlets while balancing dine-in demand with delivery-led operations in urban markets like Delhi.
