Anardana has expanded its footprint with the launch of its 12th outlet in Moti Nagar, marking the brand’s entry into this micro-market within Delhi. The opening reflects the company’s ongoing growth strategy in urban dining hubs, particularly across North India.
The new outlet continues the brand’s positioning in the modern Indian and multicuisine segment, offering a mix of Indian and global dishes. The menu introduces a range of new items including Gulkand Paan Tikki, Quinoa Avocado Bhel, Pickled Chicken Fire Kulcha, and Hyderabadi Khatta Murgh, alongside established offerings such as Makhani Soya Chaap and Mishti Doi Brulee. The focus remains on combining familiar flavours with updated formats to appeal to a wide consumer base.
The outlet has been developed with a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. The interiors incorporate materials such as plastered walls, metallic finishes, and cane accents, supported by a layout that includes multiple seating formats such as smaller nooks, private sections, and a central bar area. The design approach aligns with the broader trend of creating differentiated dine-in experiences within the casual and premium dining segments.
Shruti Malik, Founder of Anardana, said, “The launch of Anardana in Moti Nagar is not merely an expansion—but a promise to spread the Magic of Experiential cuisine, great vibes and unmatched aesthetics to every possible place. This outlet continues our journey from Delhi to Chandigarh, Ranchi, and Gurugram, and now brings our vision to Moti Nagar with its own unique expression—one that stays true to the Anardana promise: a place where every detail matters, where food tells stories, and hospitality is heartfelt.”
The opening in Moti Nagar comes at a time when the area is witnessing increased activity in the food and beverage sector, with brands targeting emerging residential and commercial catchments. For operators, such locations offer opportunities to tap into evolving consumer demand without the higher real estate costs associated with central business districts.
Anardana’s expansion highlights a broader industry shift where established dining brands are scaling through multiple city formats while maintaining a consistent brand identity. With its presence already spanning cities such as Delhi, Chandigarh, Ranchi, and Gurugram, the addition of the Moti Nagar outlet further strengthens its position in the organised dining segment.
