
Adani Airport Holdings Limited has partnered with Bastian Hospitality to launch Maison Twenty-Seven adjoining Terminal 2 at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, marking a major expansion of airport-led hospitality and lifestyle infrastructure in India.
Located next to the arrivals area of Terminal 2, the project reflects AAHL’s broader strategy of developing airports into integrated hospitality, retail, wellness, and entertainment ecosystems. The launch follows the company’s recent collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts to develop airport-linked hotels across key Indian cities.
Spread across 52,000 square feet, Maison Twenty-Seven has been positioned as an integrated hospitality and wellness destination combining dining, wellness services, entertainment, co-working, and social experiences within a single venue. The property is located close to both Ahmedabad airport and GIFT City, one of India’s emerging financial and business districts.
Industry analysts note that airport operators are increasingly investing in non-aeronautical revenue streams, including hospitality, food and beverage, and lifestyle infrastructure, as airports evolve into mixed-use urban destinations rather than standalone transit points.
The destination includes multiple dining spaces, indoor and outdoor seating zones, family-focused entertainment areas, a games arcade, co-working spaces, and wellness facilities. The hospitality concept also integrates Bastian Bakery and a dedicated “Temptation Room” designed around gifting and celebration-led consumption occasions.
The culinary programme combines transit dining, business meals, family dining, wellness-focused menus, café formats, and late-night hospitality offerings. The company said the food and beverage programme has been developed to cater to modern consumers seeking flexible and experience-driven hospitality formats.
The wellness component includes cryotherapy, hot and cold plunge pools, sauna and steam facilities, yoga and sound healing studios, flotation therapies, salon services, and fitness spaces, positioning the project within the growing wellness hospitality segment.
The venue will operate through a reservation and access-led format along with curated day-pass experiences, allowing customers to access different hospitality and wellness offerings through flexible usage models. AAHL also confirmed that its Pranaam passenger services platform will be integrated with the destination, enabling travellers to access Maison Twenty-Seven while managing airport and boarding-related services.

Maison Twenty-Seven began dinner services from 21 May 2026 and marks Bastian Hospitality’s entry into Ahmedabad. The hospitality brand currently operates dining and lifestyle venues across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
