Restaurant India News: Aaureum Resort Bhilwara to Launch First Dining Venue Minorii on 15th January

The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara, is set to enter the food and beverage segment with the launch of its first dining outlet, Minorii, scheduled to open on 15th January. The all-day dining restaurant will operate as a pure vegetarian venue, marking the starting point of the resort’s culinary offerings.

Minorii has been positioned as a casual dining space offering a broad vegetarian menu that combines Indian and international cuisines along with widely recognised global dishes. Guests will be able to choose from an à la carte menu, with food prepared fresh and served throughout the day. The restaurant is designed to accommodate different dining occasions, ranging from morning meals to evening dining, and is open to both in-house guests and visitors from Bhilwara.

Yash Singhvi, Director, Yash Real Mart Pvt. Ltd., said, “When we started planning Minorii the idea was simple. We wanted Bhilwara to have a vegetarian diner that offers a wide variety while still feeling familiar. From Indian favourites to global flavours, Minorii is meant to be a place people enjoy coming back to.”

The restaurant follows an all-day dining format designed to allow guests flexibility in their dining schedules. The concept focuses on a steady dining flow, encouraging guests to spend time over meals without time restrictions, supported by a chef-curated vegetarian menu.

With the opening of Minorii, The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre formally begins its food and beverage journey. The diner will be operational from 15th January and will serve as the foundation for future culinary developments at the property in Bhilwara.
