Perilicious Expands in Delhi with New 43-Seater Outlet in GK 2

Perilicious – Smash Burgers & Grills has expanded its Delhi presence with a new 43-seater outlet in GK 2, M Block, adding draught beer, wine and lighter cocktails to its existing smash burger and grill-focused offering.

Founded by Raihan Bham, Krishnam Duggal and Nikunj Gaba, Perilicious began operations with a 20-seater outlet in Malviya Nagar in February 2024. The founders, who had previously studied and worked internationally, developed the concept after exploring different food formats before focusing on smash burgers and grills.

The brand said customer demand at its first outlet helped shape its menu and expansion strategy. Over time, it increased its focus on smash burgers while retaining grilled dishes as a core category. Its current menu includes grilled chicken, rice bowls, loaded fries, tenders, desserts, sauces, smashed tacos, hot dogs and small plates. The Mushroom Melt provides a vegetarian option within its smash burger range.

The new GK 2 outlet expands the brand's format by introducing beer and wine alongside its food menu. Draught beer is a key addition, with the founders drawing on the "beers and burgers" format they encountered in international markets. The drinks menu also includes beer- and wine-based cocktails such as the Michelada, White Wine Picante and Red Wine Float.

Nikunj Gaba, Co-Founder, said, “GK is where we finally got to have a little more fun with Perilicious - the burgers and grills people already know us for, now with cold beer, wine and a lot more energy around the table. It feels bigger, louder and much closer to the brand we always wanted to build.”

Perilicious currently operates three outlets and one centralised kitchen, with its 40-seater outlet at Elan Epic Mall, Gurgaon extending the brand beyond Delhi. The company is targeting 10 stores by the end of 2027 as it continues to expand its casual dining format.

The GK 2 launch marks the latest stage of Perilicious' expansion, with the brand seeking to build on its smash burger and grill proposition while adding beverage-led occasions to its outlets.
