Manglam Group Records Rs 300 Crore Sales After PinkWest Launch

Manglam Group has launched PinkWest, a Rs 1,000 crore mixed-use commercial development on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, with the project recording more than Rs 300 crore in sales shortly after its launch.

From a hospitality perspective, one of the key components of the development is a 220-key Sheraton hotel that will be operated by Marriott International. The hotel will form part of a larger integrated ecosystem that combines retail, office, dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings within a single destination.

Spread across approximately 13 lakh sq. ft., the project will include 287 retail spaces and 262 office spaces alongside the Sheraton property. Manglam Group expects the development to generate an estimated value of around Rs 1,500 crore, with construction targeted for completion by 2029, subject to regulatory approvals and project timelines.
