Mamagoto Opens New Restaurant in Raipur at Avinash One

Mamagoto has opened a new outlet at Avinash One in Raipur, marking its entry into the city as part of Azure Hospitality’s expansion into emerging Indian dining markets.

Founded in 2010 by Rahul Khanna and Kabir Suri, Mamagoto started with its first restaurant in Delhi’s Khan Market. The brand now operates 22 restaurants across 18 cities and has received over 50 industry awards and accolades. The Raipur restaurant introduces Mamagoto 2.0, an updated format that includes refreshed interiors, a revised cocktail programme and a menu drawing from the cuisines of Japan, China, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

The menu includes Pan-Fried Bao, Kill Bill Sichuan Pepper Smoked Chicken Dimsums, Charcoal Prawn Dimsums, Mama's OG Rock Shrimp Tempura, Salmon Aburi Nigiri, Pad Kra Pao Kai, Chiang Mai Train Station Noodles and Mamagoto Caramel Sponge Cake. The outlet also offers cocktails and other beverages.

The move into Raipur reflects the broader expansion of premium casual dining brands beyond established metros, as restaurant operators increasingly look at emerging cities for network growth.
