THE Park New Delhi’s Tyde Expands Its Dining Proposition in Connaught Place

Tyde, THE Park New Delhi’s all-day multi-cuisine restaurant, is expanding its focus from its initial launch to repeat dining through programming, differentiated dayparts and a mix of Indian and global dishes.

The restaurant operates with separate day and evening formats. From the morning until 6 PM, the menu focuses on casual offerings such as sandwiches, smash burgers, Neapolitan pizzas and artisanal coffee. The evening service shifts to a dinner menu alongside a cocktail programme featuring four signature drinks based on Indian ingredients. These include Delhi 6 B&T, which uses banta-inspired flavours with tequila, cucumber and citrus, and Caribbean Chai, combining dark rum with masala chai.

The food menu combines Indian preparations with international influences. Dishes include Old Delhi-style Nalli Nihari and Bhatti Murg, Kerala-inspired Black Cod Moilee, Pan-Asian Wet-Brined Duck, handmade tortellini, wood-fired pizzas and Za'atar-Spiced Aubergine.

Tyde is also using weekly programming to build recurring visits. Saturdays feature live music, while Sundays centre on a signature brunch with rotating themed editions.

The restaurant’s interiors were designed by Woods Bagot and draw references from Jantar Mantar and the cultural significance of water in India. The space includes Dar Badar, a brass installation by artist Intiyaz, along with textile works by Hansika Sharma titled Within the Ocean and Fragments of the Ocean.

Priya Paul, Chairperson, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, said, "We are excited to launch Tyde, a lively and contemporary dining destination in the heart of Connaught Place. As pioneers of luxury boutique hospitality in India, we have always believed that our hotels must be more than places to stay; they should be spaces where art, design, music, culture, and cuisine come together to create experiences that are Anything But Ordinary. Tyde carries that philosophy forward in a fresh and distinctive way."

Parag Sahwney, General Manager, THE Park New Delhi, added, "Tyde brings refined dining and dynamic food concepts to the heart of the city. A passionate culinary team has curated menus inspired by diverse flavours and modern interpretations, with every detail thoughtfully considered for a refined yet engaging experience. Tyde is designed as a dynamic gathering space for discerning diners and global travellers alike."

With its combination of multiple dayparts, food and beverage formats and recurring weekend programming, Tyde is positioning itself as an independent dining proposition within THE Park New Delhi rather than only as a hotel restaurant.
