Dome at InterContinental Marine Drive Introduces Bao Yun Limited-Time Menu

Dome at InterContinental Marine Drive has introduced Bao Yun, a limited-edition dining experience that will be available from 26th June to 20th July 2026. The special menu focuses on baos and contemporary Asian flavours, adding a seasonal offering to the rooftop restaurant's food and beverage programme.

Located overlooking Marine Drive, Dome has curated a menu featuring a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian baos paired with signature cocktails, catering to guests seeking limited-time dining experiences.

The cocktail menu includes options such as the Shroom Martini made with mushroom-infused Ketel One Vodka, cacao nib syrup and cold brew, Sweet Lemonade prepared with Tanqueray Gin, lychee, yuzu, sake and soda, Kimchini featuring kimchi-infused vodka and homemade limoncello, Scented with jasmine tea, tuberose tincture, elderflower and sake, and Sesame & Basil Smash combining Ketel One Vodka, basil syrup, pineapple, lime, sesame and vegan foam.

The food menu features vegetarian options including the Thai Crunchy Vegetable Bao, Pumpkin, Bok Choy & Kimchi Bao, and Truffle Wild Mushroom Bao. Non-vegetarian selections include the Hoisin Pulled Chicken Bao, Roasted Barbeque Lamb Bao, and Spiced Hoisin Duck Bao. The menu concludes with a Sweet Custard Bao, featuring a caramelised bao filled with sweet custard.

The limited-period menu reflects the growing focus among premium hospitality brands on seasonal dining experiences that combine curated menus with destination-led food and beverage offerings.
