Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has expanded its Italian restaurant brand CinCin to Goregaon with an 85-seater outlet at International Business Park, Oberoi Garden City. The restaurant is the brand’s third Mumbai location after BKC and Bandra, extending its presence into a neighbourhood with a mix of residential and corporate demand.
The new outlet follows CinCin’s all-day dining format, covering coffee and lunch during the day, aperitivo and after-work occasions, and family dinners and weekend dining. The operating model is built around multiple dayparts rather than a single dining occasion.
The menu focuses on regional Italian cooking, handmade pasta and Neapolitan-style pizzas. Dishes include Tajarin with truffle butter and fresh black truffle, Bombette with pork belly and molten cheese, Crostini e Zucca with roasted butternut squash, blue cheese and caramelised onions, and Napoli Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte. Other offerings include Calamarata, Diavola Pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara, along with Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.
The beverage programme is centred on Italian aperitivo culture and includes spritz-led cocktails, modern classics, zero-proof drinks and a curated wine selection. Signature cocktails include Hello from Sorrento, made with tequila, house-made limoncello and bergamot, and The 1889 Secret, which draws on savoury flavours associated with Neapolitan pizza.
CinCin is also introducing CinCineria, its coffee programme, at the Goregaon outlet. The format is aimed at extending the restaurant’s usage into morning coffee, meetings, post-meal occasions and other daytime visits for the local residential and corporate customer base.
Udai Pinnali, CEO, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, said, "CinCin is one of the most loved brands in the ABNAH portfolio, built on a simple belief: casual Italian dining can be deeply habitual. We have been deliberate about building every part of the CinCin experience, from superlative culinary execution, with handmade pasta and meticulously crafted pizzas, to the warmth of an Italian trattoria brought to life through the space and hospitality. The result is a restaurant that feels special without feeling formal; a place you can discover, enjoy and, importantly, want to come back to again and again. That gives CinCin the potential to play across multiple occasions and across the day, from coffee and a casual lunch to aperitivo, dinner, family occasions and celebrations. With BKC and Bandra, CinCin has established a strong presence in Mumbai. Goregaon is the next step in making the brand more habitual, taking CinCin into a rapidly evolving neighbourhood where people increasingly live, work, socialise and spend time with family and friends."
The outlet’s design takes cues from Italy’s Amalfi Coast, with stucco walls, terracotta flooring, woven textures and pastel tones. The restaurant also features a floor-to-ceiling wine library, central bar, Italian-inspired fountain and an open pizzeria where guests can view the pizza-making process.
The Goregaon opening expands CinCin’s Mumbai footprint while giving ABNAH a format designed to capture demand across multiple dayparts. The combination of regional Italian food, coffee, aperitivo and dinner service positions the restaurant as an all-day hospitality format within the Oberoi Garden City development.
