Carbon Opens Third Café in Jaipur with New Vaishali Nagar Outlet

Carbon has expanded its retail presence with the launch of its third outlet in Vaishali Nagar, strengthening its position in the city's growing café and specialty coffee market.

The new café has been developed as a compact version of the brand's existing outlets while retaining Carbon's signature industrial-inspired design. The interiors feature textured walls, raw concrete finishes, metal accents, monochromatic grey tones and a curated book wall, maintaining the brand's established visual identity.

Coffee remains the primary focus of the outlet, with the menu featuring Carbon's 18 to 96-hour cold brews, specialty espresso beverages and its Coffee Mixology range. Signature drinks include the Black Carbon Latte, Tiramisu Latte, Jamun Coffee Tonic and Carbon Toddy. The café has also expanded its beverage portfolio with matcha-based offerings such as Coconut Matcha Cream, Strawberry Matcha and Mango Matcha Latte, catering to changing consumer preferences.

Alongside beverages, the café offers an all-day menu featuring croffles, gourmet sandwiches, artisanal pizzas, handcrafted pastas, salads and desserts. Key menu items include the Nutty Nutella Croffle, Avocado & Burrata Croissant Sandwich, Creamy Fungi Toast and Quattro Formaggi Pizza.

With the addition of its third outlet, Carbon continues to expand its presence in Jaipur's competitive café segment while making its specialty coffee offerings accessible to a wider customer base. The Vaishali Nagar outlet reflects the brand's strategy of combining specialty coffee with an all-day dining experience as demand for premium café concepts continues to grow in the city.
