Aurette Hotels Signs Wyndham Deal for 304-Room Luxury Resort in Nathdwara

Aurette Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop a 304-room luxury resort in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. The property will operate as Aurette Hotels & Resorts Nathdwara, a Registry Collection Hotel, and is expected to open in Q3, 2030.

Spread across 17.5 acres, the planned resort will include premium rooms, villas and one, two and three-bedroom accommodation units. Its facilities will include banquet venues, an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar and outdoor event spaces. The project is designed to serve leisure travellers, families and extended-stay guests, while also targeting weddings, social functions and corporate events.

The project is promoted by Jaipur-based Rakesh Yadav and Veena Yadav, whose business interests include real estate and healthcare. The development marks Aurette Hotels & Resorts’ entry into the hospitality sector, drawing on the promoters’ experience in land development and project execution.

Rakesh Yadav and Veena Yadav, Promoters, Aurette Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our experience in real estate, land development and project execution has shaped our ambition to create a hospitality destination with long-term value. Nathdwara offers a distinctive combination of spiritual significance, regional tourism appeal and proximity to nearby Udaipur. We see an opportunity to develop a resort that serves both leisure travellers and the growing demand for weddings and celebrations, supported by a broad accommodation offering, dining experiences and dedicated event facilities. Our vision is to create a distinctive address for the region while contributing to Nathdwara’s evolving hospitality landscape.”

Nathdwara, in Rajasthan’s Rajsamand district, is an established pilgrimage destination known for the Shrinathji Temple. Its proximity to Udaipur and the wider heritage circuit of southern Rajasthan also gives the project access to leisure and cultural tourism demand. The resort’s accommodation and event facilities are intended to serve visitors travelling to the region for both religious and leisure purposes.

Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said, “Nathdwara’s spiritual appeal, proximity to Udaipur and potential for leisure travel and events make it a compelling fit for this development. Through Registry Collection Hotels, Aurette Hotels & Resorts Nathdwara can retain its individual character while benefiting from Wyndham’s global distribution, marketing capabilities and Wyndham Rewards programme, with approximately 129 million enrolled members worldwide. This agreement reflects our focus on purposeful growth in India, matching the right brand to the right destination while supporting our owners’ long-term ambitions.”

The agreement adds a planned luxury property to Nathdwara’s hospitality pipeline and marks Wyndham’s association with Aurette Hotels & Resorts for the project. The resort is expected to add accommodation capacity and dedicated event infrastructure to the destination when it opens in 2030.
