Wow! Momo Adds Tribe Kombucha Across 900+ Stores in India

Mountaintribe Foods Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Tribe Kombucha, has entered into a nationwide distribution partnership with QSR chain Wow! Momo, taking the probiotic beverage brand into more than 900 stores across over 100 cities in India.

The partnership will add Tribe Kombucha to Wow! Momo’s beverage portfolio and expand the brand’s presence across the organised foodservice sector. The move comes as functional beverages, including probiotic drinks, gain attention among Indian consumers seeking low-sugar and wellness-oriented alternatives to conventional soft drinks.

Tribe Kombucha will initially be available at Wow! Momo outlets in variants including OG Classic and Zesty Gingerade. Additional products could be added depending on consumer demand and market response.

For Mountaintribe Foods, the agreement provides access to a large QSR distribution network without requiring the company to build an equivalent retail footprint independently. It also places kombucha within a mainstream foodservice environment, alongside regular QSR consumption occasions.

For Wow! Momo, the partnership expands its beverage selection with a functional product category, while Tribe Kombucha gains access to the chain's nationwide customer base. The arrangement also strengthens Mountaintribe Foods’ institutional and foodservice distribution network as it looks to increase the availability of its products across India.
