
Tulsi has opened its third outlet at Spectrum Mall in Noida, expanding its presence in the National Capital Region with a menu centred on Indian vegetarian cuisine and contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes.
Founded around the symbolism of the Tulsi plant and its association with Indian culinary and cultural traditions, the restaurant uses “The Leaf Eternal” as its central concept. The Noida outlet combines traditional vegetarian dishes with contemporary presentations and a beverage menu influenced by regional ingredients and Ayurvedic traditions.
The food menu includes Jackfruit Galouti on Saffron Coins, Edamame ki Tikki and Amritsari Malai Broccoli with Rose Petal Dust. Its chaat selection features Kathal Ki Tikki Chaat, Dilli 6 Tokri Chaat and Dhokla Bruschetta.
The beverage programme includes regional-inspired drinks such as Kokum Breeze from Maharashtra, Lauki Sangam, Pineapple Tulsi Punch associated with Kerala and Aam Panna Refresher inspired by Rajasthan.
