CinCin Launches Delivery on Swiggy and Zomato in Gurugram

Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality’s Italian restaurant brand CinCin has expanded its Gurugram operations into food delivery, with its menu now available on Swiggy and Zomato. The move follows the restaurant’s debut on Golf Course Road earlier this year and adds an off-premise channel to its existing dine-in business.

The delivery menu includes a selection of the restaurant’s Italian dishes, covering handmade pasta, Neapolitan-style pizzas, appetisers, seafood, mains and desserts. Offerings include Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Burrata Pizza, Calamari Fritti, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Rigatoni, Linguine, Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Risotto alla Milanese, Diavola Pizza, Funghi e Tartufo Pizza, Verde Pizza, Branzino and Cotoletta di Coppa. Desserts include Frozen Tiramisu, Cannolo, Panna Cotta and Nocciola.

The delivery menu also includes beverages from CinCineria, including coffee, iced teas, mocktails and other non-alcoholic options. CinCin is using biodegradable kraft containers for orders. Each delivery also includes a condiment box containing chilli flakes, oregano sachets, chilli oil and olive oil.

The delivery launch gives CinCin an additional customer-access channel in Gurugram, allowing the brand to serve both dine-in and at-home occasions from its Golf Course Road location.
