tbsp. Expands to Mumbai With New Pizzeria & Pastaria at Phoenix Palladium

tbsp. (Tablespoon), the contemporary American–Italian restaurant brand from The Yum Yum Tree Group, has expanded into Mumbai with a new Pizzeria & Pastaria at Phoenix Palladium, Lower Parel, following its presence in Delhi and Gurgaon.

Launched in 2022, tbsp. operates around an open-kitchen format, with pizza and pasta forming key parts of its menu. The Mumbai outlet places its Pizzeria & Pastaria format at the centre of the offering, including 12-inch Neapolitan pizzas prepared with hand-stretched dough and cooked in a wood-fired oven.

The pizza menu ranges from Margherita to Pepperoni and Spicy Honey Pepperoni. The open kitchen allows diners to watch the dough being stretched, topped and fired to order, making the preparation process part of the restaurant format.

The Pastaria adds handmade pasta across different shapes, sauces and flavour combinations. The Mumbai menu also includes customisation through Make Your Own Pizza and Make Your Own Pasta options. Make Your Own Waffles and Soft Serve extend the same format to the dessert offering.

Beyond pizzas and pasta, the broader menu includes salads, starters, sandwiches, burgers, grills, mains and desserts. The brand's menu is structured around four formats: Trattoria, Bakery, Smoker and Pizzeria. It also offers in-house flavoured soda cans and sparkling water infusions.

The Mumbai launch expands tbsp.'s physical presence into another major metropolitan market, with the Phoenix Palladium outlet adding the brand's open-kitchen Pizzeria & Pastaria format to the Lower Parel dining mix.
