CK Israni Group has announced plans to bring Swiss confectionery and bakery brand Confiserie Bachmann to India through a franchise partnership. Founded in Switzerland in 1897, the family-owned business specialises in pâtisserie, confectionery, chocolate and bakery products. Details of the India launch, including the location and opening date, will be announced later.
Bachmann remains family-owned and is led by its fourth generation. Its entry into India will expand CK Israni Group’s portfolio of international food and hospitality brands, bringing a Swiss bakery and confectionery business with more than 125 years of history to the Indian market.

For CK Israni Group, the partnership adds an established European bakery and confectionery name to its premium brand portfolio. The group plans to introduce Bachmann while retaining the brand’s existing identity and heritage.

The companies have not yet disclosed the launch destination, opening timeline or details of Bachmann’s planned operations in India.
