Snob Vodka Enters Delhi and Mumbai With 40% ABV Premium Offering

Snob Vodka has entered Delhi and is set to launch in Mumbai from 16th August, expanding its presence in India’s premium vodka segment. The brand will also be available across Goa, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.

Founded by Pranav and Tushar Mehra, Snob was developed around a positioning that combines premium vodka production with a contemporary lifestyle focus. The founders said they identified a gap between established luxury vodka brands that emphasise heritage and newer alcohol labels focused primarily on youth-oriented branding.

“We created Snob because we felt premium vodka had become predictable. We wanted to build something that delivered world-class quality but also had attitude, culture, and personality.” Founder added, “Snob isn’t just about vodka, it’s about standards. It’s for people who know what they like and aren’t afraid to own it.”

The vodka is produced in Sussex, England, using neutral grain spirit and purified water. It undergoes a five-time distillation process and is bottled at 40% ABV. The brand describes the product as having a clean profile with a crisp mouthfeel, smooth texture and limited burn, with positioning for both sipping and cocktail applications.

The brand has also used its name as part of its positioning. Snob said it intends to redefine the term around selectiveness and quality, summed up in the statement, “It takes a snob to please a snob.”

The brand is entering a premium vodka category where packaging and on-premise visibility are important parts of brand differentiation. Snob uses a red label designed to create stronger shelf and bar visibility compared with the neutral packaging commonly seen in the category.

Its suggested serves include the Skinny Martini, Vodka Soda, Long Island Iced Tea and Bloody Mary, giving the brand a presence across both classic cocktails and simpler vodka-based serves.

Snob Vodka is expected to retail at approximately Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500, depending on state-level regulations and taxation. Its expansion across nine markets gives the brand access to a mix of metropolitan, tourism-led and emerging premium spirits markets.
