Smoke Lab and AABBCC Bring Popcorn-Flavoured Vodka to Delhi’s Cocktail Market

Smoke Lab Vodka has partnered with AABBCC, the New Delhi-based cocktail bar founded by Jairaj Singh Solanki, to launch Smoke Lab Popcorn Flavoured Vodka. The limited-edition product debuted on November 4, 2026, exclusively at AABBCC, with plans to expand its availability to other cities.

The collaboration brings together Smoke Lab’s spirits-making expertise and Solanki’s experience in cocktail development. The popcorn flavour was initially developed as a signature cocktail at AABBCC before being adapted into a vodka expression. The product combines a clean vodka base with a buttery, caramelised popcorn profile.

The launch reflects how bars and spirits brands are using collaborative product development to introduce new flavours and create differentiated cocktail offerings. The partnership also gives AABBCC an exclusive product to feature on its menu, while providing Smoke Lab with a bar-led platform to introduce the new variant to consumers.

The product comes in a red bottle inspired by the traditional red-and-white striped popcorn box. It is designed to be served chilled over ice or used as a base for cocktails, offering bartenders another flavour option for menu development.

Solanki also leads the team behind Lair, ranked No. 8 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. AABBCC is among five Indian bars featured on Asia’s Top 100 Bars list and was also included in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2026.

The vodka will initially be available only at AABBCC in New Delhi, with expansion to other cities planned. Its limited-edition positioning and bar-exclusive launch give the collaboration a route to test consumer response before wider distribution.
