SALT Indian Restaurant, Bar & Grill has opened its third outlet in Pune, expanding its presence beyond Kalyani Nagar and Amanora Mall with a new restaurant in Balewadi. The launch extends the brand’s footprint in the city’s dining market, with a menu focused on Indian dishes, cocktails and mocktails.
The menu covers vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, including Dahi Ke Kebab, Paneer Tikka, Tokri Papdi Chaat, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Amritsari Tandoori Chicken, Ghee Roast Prawn, Prawn Koliwada and Galouti Kebab. Main-course options include Dal Makhani, Paneer Butter Masala, Malai Kofta and Awadhi Chicken Curry, alongside biryanis, rice dishes and Indian breads.
The beverage menu includes mocktails such as Berry Shower, Fall For Me and Kairi Panna, along with cocktails including Bagh, Passion Aabhushan and Queen of Deccan. The drinks programme complements the restaurant’s Indian food offering and positions the outlet for both dining and beverage-led occasions.
Balaji Balachander, Founder and Culinary Director of SALT Indian Restaurant, said, “Pune has given SALT a wonderful response across our first two restaurants, and opening in Balewadi is an exciting next step for us. We are looking forward to bringing our flavours, cocktails and the SALT experience to the Balewadi community, and hopefully becoming part of many of their everyday meals as well as special occasions.”
With outlets in Kalyani Nagar, Amanora Mall and Balewadi, SALT is extending its Pune network while continuing to focus on Indian cuisine and a combined food-and-beverage format.
