Roseate Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality brand of Bird Group, has opened Mithai by Roseate, a premium Indian dessert atelier and contemporary café at Worldmark 6, Aerocity, New Delhi. The outlet combines Indian sweets and regional flavours with specialty beverages, café dishes and European-style baked goods.

The food menu includes Avocado Papri Chaat, Spanakopita Chaat, Inside-Out Vada Pav, Paneer Tikka Sourdough Melt and Smoked Chicken & Kasundi Panini, alongside croissants, artisan doughnuts, travel cakes and Danish pastries.

The beverage menu features Indian-origin specialty coffee, including South Indian Filter Coffee from Coorg at 3,500 feet, French Press coffee from Chikmagalur’s Mullayanagiri range at 5,000 feet, and V60 pour-over coffee from Baba Budangiri at 4,200 feet. Tea options include Chinese Lung Ching and Jasmine Pearls, teas from Darjeeling estates such as Okayti, Jungpana and Orange Valley, as well as Singapore Breakfast, South African Rooibos, Darjeeling and Assam blends. Customers can choose from dairy, oat, almond, soy and coconut milk, along with sweeteners including jaggery, demerara, coconut sugar and stevia.

The company said the café focuses on ingredient sourcing, seasonal produce and mindful preparation. Its kitchen team is entirely women-led, according to the brand.

Kush Kapoor, CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, said, “Mithai by Roseate began as a celebration of gourmet Indian sweets, handcrafted for life’s most cherished moments, from festivals and weddings to everyday celebrations. That connection with our guests, shaped a firm conviction that Indian flavours deserve the same reverence and artistry the world accords to the finest global culinary traditions. This is not simply a café or a dessert destination, it is an ode to cherished memories, to the craftsmanship of generations, and to the stories that every ingredient carries. My deepest hope is that every guest who walks through our doors rediscovers something familiar, and finds it more beautiful than they remembered.”

Located at World St., 6 Worldmark, Aerocity, the outlet adds a dessert-led café format to Roseate’s food and beverage portfolio, combining Indian sweets with a broader menu designed for café dining throughout the day.
