Vanilla Beans has announced the launch of 11 new dessert creations for 2026, further expanding its product portfolio within the premium eggless segment. Founded by mother-son duo Deepa Desai and Rohit Desai, the Bandra West-based brand has spent over a decade building its identity around flavour development and texture-focused desserts.

The new line-up includes a Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Vegan Chocolate Cranberry Roasted Almonds Cake, aimed at consumers seeking specialised dietary options without altering core taste expectations. The product features a vegan chocolate sponge made using oats flour, combined with cranberry infusion and roasted almonds to deliver layered texture.

Several of the new additions focus on contrasting textures. These include the Rocher Cake, developed to replicate a crunchy and creamy format through textured inclusions within milk chocolate ganache, and the Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Cake, which uses imported kataifi paired with in-house pistachio paste and milk chocolate ganache. Another addition, Fleur de Vanille, incorporates Madagascar bourbon vanilla across multiple formats including crumble, cream, and custard.

Deepa Desai, Co-Founder and Master Baker, said, “We're constantly engaged in sensory exploration - flavour and texture combinations are what we strive for and work towards. The Rocher Cake captures that satisfying crunch giving way to creamy chocolate in every bite. The Kunafa brings together crispy kataifi, smooth pistachio paste, and silky ganache - three distinct textures in harmony.”

The 2026 range also includes new cheesecake variants such as Black Forest Cheesecake made with Belgian dark chocolate and cherry compote, Coffee Crunch Cheesecake featuring coffee-infused layers and crumble, and Caramel Sesame Cheesecake developed around sweet and savoury flavour profiles. Additional offerings include the Luxurious Coconut Cake with white chocolate coconut cream and Fresh Berries Tres Leches featuring milk-soaked sponge and berry compote.

Alongside the new launches, Vanilla Beans continues to offer its established products, including Nutella Strawberry, Belgian Dark Chocolate Nutella Hazelnut, Red Berry 50 percent Belgian Dark Chocolate, and Belgian Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. These products remain part of the brand’s year-round assortment.

All products are prepared fresh to order, with same-day sponge preparation and the use of ingredients such as Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, and imported kataifi. To support portion control and trial, several items are now available in 100g cake tubs. Operating as a cloud kitchen from Bandra West, Vanilla Beans currently delivers across Mumbai within a short turnaround window.

With the 2026 menu expansion, Vanilla Beans continues to scale its offerings within the premium eggless dessert category, focusing on product consistency, ingredient sourcing, and format innovation aligned with evolving consumer preferences.
