The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Rajkot, Gondal, Series by Marriott, marking another expansion in Gujarat. With this addition, the company now has 37 operational and upcoming properties in the region, reinforcing its position as one of India’s leading eco-conscious hospitality chains.

The upcoming property will include 55 rooms and suites, designed with a focus on modern comfort and efficiency. Guests will have access to multiple dining options, including a fine dining restaurant serving Indian and international cuisines, as well as a deli offering light snacks and beverages.

The hotel will also feature two banquet halls, two boardrooms, and a large party lawn, providing flexible venues for corporate and private events. Leisure amenities such as a swimming pool and fitness centre are also planned, offering guests a balanced experience of work and recreation.

Located in Gondal within Rajkot district, the property offers convenient access to key commercial hubs and heritage sites across the region. Scheduled to open in mid-2026, the project further extends The Fern’s focus on sustainable operations and regionally relevant hospitality experiences.
