A seven-time medalist at national-level culinary competitions, Chef Mandar is widely recognized for his creativity, precision, and artistry on the plate. His illustrious career spans key leadership roles across renowned hospitality brands, including The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Novotel Hotels, Hotel Sahara Star, Sofitel Hospitality, and Conrad Bengaluru. Throughout his journey, he has been celebrated not only for his culinary excellence but also for his commitment to nurturing and mentoring the next generation of chefs.
