Sula Vineyards, India’s leading wine producer and a pioneer in vineyard tourism, has opened its third hospitality property in Nashik — The Haven by Sula. Located beside Gangapur Lake, this new resort features 50 boutique rooms designed for weekend travelers, couples, and wine enthusiasts.

With the launch of The Haven, Sula’s total hospitality capacity in Nashik now exceeds 150 keys. The property marks a key milestone in the brand’s hospitality expansion and is the first Sula resort to include a dedicated convention facility. The addition of this new space positions The Haven as a versatile destination catering not just to leisure travelers but also to corporate gatherings, events, and weddings.

The opening reflects Sula’s continued focus on experiential tourism. The brand currently attracts over 3,50,000 visitors annually — from travelers seeking tranquil vineyard stays to those attending wine festivals that celebrate India’s evolving wine culture.

The Haven is strategically located near the well-known York Winery, allowing guests to enjoy curated tastings and food pairings featuring Sula’s renowned wines, crafted just minutes away.
