Restaurant India News: SpectrumMetro Adds Chelvies Coffee Company to Strengthen F&B Portfolio in Noida

SpectrumMetro has expanded its food and beverage portfolio with the addition of Chelvies Coffee Company, as part of its strategy to strengthen tenant mix and drive higher consumer engagement through experience-led dining formats.

The café, located at Tower C, First Floor, Spectrum Metro Phase 1, Sector 75 in Noida, introduces a multi-format concept that combines a live kitchen, French bakery, in-house coffee roastery, and Italian woodfire pizzeria within a single outlet. This integrated model reflects a broader shift in urban retail where foodservice operators are focusing on hybrid formats to increase dwell time and repeat visits.

Chelvies Coffee Company is positioned to cater to urban consumers seeking differentiated dining experiences, with an offering that includes specialty coffee, freshly baked products, and a menu featuring global cuisine formats. The inclusion of an in-house roastery and live kitchen aligns with current industry trends emphasising transparency, freshness, and on-site production.

The addition supports SpectrumMetro’s approach of curating a mix of brands that contribute to footfall beyond traditional shopping. Experience-driven F&B outlets continue to play a key role in increasing overall asset performance in mixed-use developments.

Ajendra Singh, Vice-President – Sales & Marketing, SpectrumMetro, said, “We are delighted to welcome Chelvies Coffee Company to SpectrumMetro. The brand’s unique concept of combining a coffee roastery with a live kitchen and bakery aligns perfectly with our vision of offering a dynamic and experience-driven retail environment. We are confident that this addition will further enhance the overall lifestyle quotient for our visitors.”

The launch reflects a wider trend in the NCR retail market, where developers are prioritising premium café and dining concepts to position properties as lifestyle destinations rather than pure shopping centres.
