SLMG Beverages closed 2025 with revenue crossing Rs 8,000 crore, supported by sustained demand across beverage categories throughout the year. The company expects this growth trajectory to continue into 2026 and is working towards achieving the Rs 10,000 crore revenue milestone over the medium term.
The performance has been driven by calibrated capacity additions and steady expansion of distribution infrastructure. As volumes continue to rise, the company is reviewing further investments to strengthen manufacturing and logistics capabilities, particularly to manage peak consumption periods during the summer season.
Among the projects under evaluation is a large integrated manufacturing facility planned across nearly 70 acres. Currently in the planning phase, the facility is intended to support long-term growth requirements rather than immediate capacity constraints. The company is expected to formally announce details of this expansion later in February.
SLMG’s manufacturing network consists of multiple large-scale, highly automated plants operating several product lines. This setup has allowed the company to address seasonal demand fluctuations while maintaining consistency in production and quality standards.
Joint Managing Director, Paritosh Ladhani said, “Crossing the Rs 8,000 crore mark is a watershed moment for us. As the business grows to take the next leap, our focus pivots on ensuring that our systems, processes, and teams are equipped to handle higher volumes over the long term – something that SLMG Beverages is acclaimed for.”
With beverage consumption continuing to rise across India, the company expects 2026 to be a year of controlled expansion, supported by disciplined capital deployment and a continued emphasis on operational efficiency.
Headquartered in Lucknow, SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd is the flagship beverage arm of the Ladhani Group and a fast-growing player in India’s packaged beverages market. The company benefits from over three decades of experience through the Ladhani Group’s association with The Coca-Cola Company. It currently operates eight manufacturing plants across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, producing fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, and packaged drinking water.
SLMG Beverages relies on advanced digital tools, including Distribution Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning platforms, to ensure real-time operational visibility and supply chain efficiency. Its distribution network includes more than 3,000 distributors, over 30 warehouses, and a dedicated logistics fleet, enabling reach across more than 1.5 million retail outlets nationwide.
