Restaurant India News: Rebel Foods Launches EatSure Smart Foodcourt in Jammu, Expands Offline Footprint

Rebel Foods has launched EatSure’s first smart foodcourt in Jammu, marking the sixth offline outlet for the EatSure brand in India and its entry into the Jammu & Kashmir market. The new outlet is located at Royal Nest Sapphire and spans approximately 2000 sq. ft., reflecting the company’s continued push to strengthen its omnichannel presence.

The EatSure smart foodcourt consolidates more than 10 in-house and partner brands under one location, allowing customers to place a single order across multiple restaurant formats. The outlet operates on a digital-first model, with ordering enabled through self-service kiosks and the EatSure app. Customers receive real-time notifications via digital display screens or WhatsApp once orders are ready, reducing queue dependency and improving throughput efficiency.

The Jammu outlet features brands including Behrouz Biryani, Faasos, Wendy’s, Sweet Truth, Lunchbox, The Good Bowl, Honest Bowl, Makhani Darbar and Dabba & Co. The multi-brand format enables customers to combine products such as burgers, biryanis, wraps, and desserts within a single transaction.

Ankush Grover, Co-founder & Global CEO at Rebel Foods, said, “We’re absolutely delighted to introduce EatSure’s very first smart foodcourt in Jammu, a city that beautifully merges culture, tradition, and modernity. Our goal is to completely transform the dining experience by providing unmatched convenience, a wide variety of options, and a fully digital-first approach. With this launch, we’re expanding our presence in Jammu, allowing customers here to enjoy EatSure’s trusted brands and a seamless dining experience like never before. We see Jammu as a rapidly growing market for organized food and beverage services, and the feedback on our delivery brands has been incredibly positive. This foodcourt is a natural progression, crafted to offer customers the freedom to choose, quick service, and the joy of dining together.”

The outlet has seating for over 50 guests, positioning it for family and group dining. Customers can order across brands in one payment cycle, reducing transaction friction and increasing basket size.

Within the portfolio, Wendy’s menu includes its Frosty dessert and a range of globally inspired burger flavours such as Chimichurri, Cajun, Buldak, BBQ, Tandoori, and Nachoburg variants, expanding premium QSR choices in the region. The Jammu launch signals Rebel Foods’ continued shift from a delivery-first cloud kitchen operator to a hybrid digital-physical food retail platform, targeting tier-1 and tier-2 expansion markets.
