Restaurant India News: Oasis Brewery Opens in Whitefield as One of India’s Largest Dining Destinations

Oasis Brewery has made its entry into Bengaluru’s Whitefield area, adding a major landmark to the city’s growing brewery landscape. Spanning 1,50,000 sq. ft., the venue stands among India’s largest integrated brewery and dining spaces, designed to offer a blend of craftsmanship, scale, and contemporary dining.

Conceived as an “Understated Palais,” Oasis features an expansive layout focused on calm and minimalism. A central water body anchors the space, representing the brand’s design philosophy of “Lux in Stillness.” With a seating capacity of 1,800 guests and two banquet halls accommodating over 2,000 people, the venue is positioned to cater to weddings, corporate gatherings, and large-scale social events.

The food program showcases over 250 dishes across Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, and Modern Indian cuisines. Signature offerings include Arcot Mutton Chops, Charcoal Chicken Dim Sum, and Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce, along with desserts like Blueberry Cheesecake. The menu also caters to specific dietary needs, featuring Jain, vegan, and gluten-free options.

The beverage menu includes 56 curated drinks, from 20 house cocktails and 15 classic concoctions to margaritas, shooters, and gin-based selections. Highlights include the Golden Hour, Pistachio Paradise, and Herbal Citrus cocktails. The average dining cost for two guests ranges between Rs 1,800 and Rs 2,500, inclusive of taxes.
