
Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50, has announced the appointment of Lata Pande as its new General Manager. With more than 18 years of experience in hospitality across leading brands such as Oberoi and Marriott, she brings a strong operational and leadership background to her new role.
Lata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Lucknow University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She began her career with Oberoi Hotels and has since held senior positions at Suryagarh Jaisalmer, The Westin Gurgaon, The Den Bengaluru, and other reputed properties. Her diverse experience also includes a stint in administration and operations at Billerud, a Swedish packaging paper company, adding a corporate perspective to her hospitality expertise.
Prior to joining Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, she served as Director of Operations and Business Development (North India) at BluSalzz Hospitality, where she was responsible for improving operational efficiency and driving property growth across the region.
In her current role, Lata will lead daily operations, enhance guest experiences, and ensure service excellence across all departments. Her focus will be on strengthening team performance, streamlining processes, and delivering consistent value for both business and leisure guests.
