Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, launches their first flagship Soulinaire restaurant in Alibaug, Mumbai. Soulinaire, IHCL’s signature lifestyle catering brand, now finds a permanent home on the Alibaug boardwalk, bringing a vibrant new culinary destination overlooking the Arabian Sea.

Over the years, Soulinaire has evolved into one of India’s most sought-after culinary curators. From orchestrating large-scale events across the country to hosting the most coveted private celebrations and intimate home gatherings, it has become a name synonymous with creativity, craft and celebration.

Perched on the boardwalk overlooking the Arabian Sea, this 200-seater, two-storey venue redefines seaside dining with the perfect balance of open-air charm and indoor comfort. The ground floor opens out to a breezy terrace and a cool, air-conditioned space, while the first-floor shifts into a warm, coastal mood with bamboo, jute, and sun-washed brick, ideal for private gatherings. At its center, a live kitchen and vibrant food counters create the energy of a culinary stage.

The menu is a love letter to Alibaug — spicy Misal Pav, crisp Bombil Fry, rich Jheenga Masala, and creamy Kaju Ussal that evoke pure nostalgia. Gaoran Kombdi Rassa brings the heat, and Mutton cha Kalvan delivers slow-cooked perfection, best paired with bhakri or kolum rice.
