Restaurant India News: Mamagoto Launches Nomikai Concept at DLF Cyber Hub

Mamagoto has launched Mamagoto Nomikai at DLF Cyber Hub, introducing a new format that combines dining and social experiences under one roof. The launch marks a strategic step in the brand’s evolution as it responds to changing consumer preferences for integrated food and beverage destinations.

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Nomikai, which centres on gathering over food and drinks, the concept adopts a broader pan-Asian approach through its menu, beverage programme and overall guest experience.

Founded by Rahul Khanna and Kabir Suri under Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Mamagoto has been a key player in India’s Asian dining segment for more than fifteen years. With Nomikai, the brand is expanding beyond its traditional restaurant model and introducing a format focused on social dining.

Located at DLF Cyber Hub, the outlet features interiors inspired by the mahjong parlours of 1970s Hong Kong. The concept has been designed to encourage group dining, casual gatherings and extended food-and-drink occasions.

A major highlight of the launch is an exclusive menu featuring more than 35 new dishes and beverages developed specifically for the Cyber Hub location. The offering includes items such as Korean Roll-on-a Stick, Tempura Nori Tacos, Krapow Sliders and Sri Lankan-inspired dishes, alongside Japanese Highballs and cocktails influenced by Asian drinking traditions.

Ltd., said, "Consumers today aren't choosing between restaurants and bars anymore; they're looking for places that seamlessly bring both experiences together. Nomikai is our response to that shift. The launch is part of Mamagoto’s broader expansion and repositioning strategy, which includes new openings, relaunches and refreshed formats across key markets. With the introduction of Nomikai, Mamagoto is targeting consumers seeking flexible dining occasions, while strengthening its presence in India’s competitive food and beverage market.
