Restaurant India News: Leisure Hotels Group Expands Leadership Team to Boost Growth Across India

Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), North India’s leading experiential resort chain based in Uttarakhand, has announced the appointment of key leaders to support its next phase of growth and transformation. The move reflects the company’s focus on operational efficiency, employee development, and delivering meaningful guest experiences across its expanding hotel and resort portfolio.

The new leadership team includes four seasoned professionals with extensive experience in hospitality management.

• Praveen Sharma joins as Corporate Human Resources Manager, bringing over 13 years of HR experience. An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, he has previously held senior roles with Radisson and ITC Hotels. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing LHG’s focus on building a strong, inclusive, and people-first workplace culture.

• Davendra Bali has been appointed as General Manager of Auradoon, Dehradun. With 17 years of expertise in pre-opening and operations, and previous roles at Sterling Resorts and Sarovar Hotels, Mr. Bali will oversee the launch and positioning of Auradoon in line with LHG’s experiential approach to hospitality.

• Suryaveer Singh Sarangdewat joins as Operations Manager at Royal Heritage Haveli, Jaipur. Backed by more than 11 years of experience in hotel operations and guest services, he has been part of several leading boutique and heritage properties, contributing to enhanced guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

• Karan Deep Rathi takes on the role of General Manager at Brij Eternity, Vrindavan. With over 15 years of hospitality experience, he brings expertise in pre-opening, guest engagement, and team leadership. His previous associations include Radisson, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, and Tree of Life Resorts, where he served as General Manager – Pre-Opening & Hotel Support.
