
Limitless Restaurants has entered the homegrown restaurant brand segment with the launch of Lal Qilaa Express, a North Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) concept inspired by the food traditions of Old Delhi. The company has opened the brand’s flagship outlet at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New Delhi, and plans to expand across malls, transit hubs and food courts in the coming months.
The launch marks a strategic shift for Limitless Restaurants, which is best known for operating the Indian businesses of international food and beverage brands Papparoti India and Wok to Walk India. Lal Qilaa Express becomes the company’s first proprietary restaurant concept developed specifically for the Indian market.
According to the company, the new brand has been designed to bring popular North Indian dishes into a structured QSR format, combining traditional flavours with operational systems typically associated with organised foodservice chains.

The menu focuses on established North Indian favourites, including dal makhani, tandoori kebabs, parathas, curries, biryanis and chaat offerings inspired by food districts such as Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid and Daryaganj. The concept aims to cater to consumers seeking traditional Indian flavours in a quick-service environment.
The launch reflects the increasing interest among organised restaurant operators in creating scalable Indian cuisine formats that can compete with both international chains and regional foodservice brands. By leveraging its experience in operating global franchise businesses, Limitless Restaurants is seeking to build a standardised and expansion-ready model for North Indian cuisine.
The company stated that Lal Qilaa Express will serve as the foundation for its future proprietary brand portfolio as it looks to diversify beyond franchise operations. Expansion plans currently focus on high-footfall retail destinations and travel-linked foodservice locations.
