Restaurant India News: Honey & Dough Expands to 14 Outlets with New Rajouri Café

Honey & Dough has strengthened its regional footprint with the launch of its 14th outlet in Rajouri. The new café adds to the brand’s growing network across key micro-markets in the National Capital Region and reflects a continued focus on cluster-based expansion.

Founded by Aavika Chhawchharia, Honey & Dough started as a neighbourhood bakery concept and has since scaled into a recognised café brand within Delhi NCR. The business model centres on freshly brewed coffee, in-house bakery offerings, meal formats and dessert-led categories, supported by a casual dining layout designed to attract a wide demographic mix. Over time, the company has positioned itself within the mid-premium café segment, targeting repeat neighbourhood consumption rather than destination-led traffic alone.

The Rajouri outlet follows the brand’s established store design template and operational format. Management has maintained a focus on product consistency, service standards and menu standardisation as it expands. The location is expected to serve both residential consumers and surrounding commercial catchments, contributing to diversified daypart revenue across breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening beverage occasions.

The menu at the new outlet continues to include beverages, bakery selections, savoury meal options and desserts. From a retail strategy perspective, the multi-category mix allows for higher average ticket sizes and cross-category ordering behaviour, particularly in dine-in and group formats.

Earlier in 2026, the company had launched its 13th outlet in Faridabad, indicating a measured yet steady approach to scaling within the region. The Rajouri opening further consolidates the brand’s density strategy within Delhi NCR rather than pursuing rapid national expansion.

Aavika Chhawchharia stated, "Rajouri opening reflects the company’s focus on sustainable growth and audience-first expansion. She added that each new location represents both a business milestone and an opportunity to strengthen community engagement while delivering the Honey & Dough experience to new customers."

The expansion aligns with the brand’s broader plan to deepen its presence within existing markets while maintaining quality benchmarks and a hospitality-driven operating model. With 14 operational outlets now in Delhi NCR, Honey & Dough continues to scale through neighbourhood penetration, standardised execution and brand-led recall in the competitive café segment.
